18th / 19th Century Lebrillo Bowl XL

A very large antique Spanish Lebrillo bowl in earthenware, made of hand crafted terra cotta, originating from Granada, Spain. Featuring a glaze decoration in the typical Morisco green over a milk-white glaze. A painted flower motif is painted onto the flat base of the bowl surrounded close to the rim, with an alternating squiggle border.
Victorian pin repairs. Wear consistent with age and use
