An antique German Biedermeier single chest made of hand crafted shellac polished, partly veneered Cherrywood, in good condition. The detailed cabinet is composed with five drawers, consisting its original hardware and keys, enhanced by polished brass décor, particularized at the bottom by a black polished ebonized cross section, standing on four short feet. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1820, Germany.
