A dark-brown, vintage Mid-Century modern Danish dining table made of hand crafted Cuban Mahogany. The Scandinavian conference table was designed by Kaare Klint, in good condition. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1954, Denmark, Scandinavia.

Kaare Klint was born in 1888 in Frederiksberg, Denmark and passed away in 1954 Denmark. He was a Danish architect and furniture designer, he is know as the father of Modern Danish Furniture Design. He was the son of the equally influenced designer Peder Vihelm Jensen-Klint. Klint started his apprentice in 1893, as a furniture maker in Kalundborg, Denmark. Klint's work is know as functionality, proportions adapted to the human body and the use of high quality materials, based on his research.
