A petite wall fountain in French Faience featuring a romantic scenes with a seated and a standing maiden. It is complete with basin, reservoir with metal spout and lid. The wall fountain is mounted onto a separate carved walnut board. The Faience basin features a scene of swans in a pond. The wash basin was used before homes had running water, and therefore are often very decorative. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1900, France.
