A late 19th Century distressed 27” tall Biot garden jar with a naturally aged dark original patina and an ochre colored glazed rim. This antique handmade terra cotta clay olive jar originates from the small village Biot in Southern France. Drainage hole is provided. This beautiful handmade Mediterranean pottery is a collector item and very sought after. Wear consistent with age and use.
