French garden wall fountain with detailed carved arched backsplash. The top is adorned by a shell and scrolls. The centered lion mask spits water into a Louis XIV style half four leaves or "demi quatre feuilles" basin.  Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 20th century, Normandy, France.
