This lidded garden lantern or photophore is from the South of France. This photophore is in an ash colored finish with a bodice with leaf cut outs and a simple clay decorated lid adorned with pinecones. These creations take us back to the iconic gardens of the Renaissance and through the height of the classic French garden design. The size and finish may vary as they are handmade in terra cotta, not frost proof.
