An antique finely carved two part a deux corps Gustavian desk. The Swedish secretaire is made of hand carved Pinewood and brass, in good condition. Elegantly divided with eight small drawers and a central small storage for additional storage. The doors have a simple chiseled décor. The bottom part has four drawers and slightly tapered feet. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1780, Sweden, Scandinavia.
