Early 19th Century, a rare Cassetone table from Provence with charming lateral brackets and hand turned legs in vivid red patina. This antique French Provincial console table has a simple and rustic style. It was used as a preparation table and holds a large storage area under the liftable hinged table top. Hand made in solid oak wood. Wear consistent with age and use. This patinated antique Provencal kitchen table, circa 1820 could be used as a kitchen island, and will bring undoubtedly an original touch of France to any living space.
