A vintage Mid-Century modern French hand forged wrought iron fireplace screen of heavy gage, in good condition. The wrought iron raised screen depicts in geometrical manner six large peacocks and stylized trees. Topped with a central handle. Perfect as decoration for any fireplace mantel. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1940 - 1950, France.
