This antique two part lavabo or wall fountain was hand crafted in France. The water feature is wall mounted on the original wooden board. The copper lavabo features the original bottom basin and the top reservoir with lid and brass handle, in good condition. In former times, these wall fountains were used after mass for ceremonial washing. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1900
