19th Century Austrian Biedermeier Octagonal Ashwood Occasional Side Table

An octagonal, occasional antique Austrian Biedermeier side table made of hand crafted shellac polished, partly veneered Ashwood, in good condition. The top of the petite end table is composed with a white stone plate, particularized by brass nailheads. The small serving table is standing on four round legs, supported by a quatrefoi base, embellished with a detailed carved star-shaped inlay, resting on four gold patinated lion feet. The table is particularized by black ebonized wood décor. Minor fading, scratches due to age. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1820 - 1830, Austria.
