An oversized 19th Century olive jar Pithari in terra cotta with three handles and a weathered white washed patina. This large garden urn is embellished with a ring decor along the bodice. The classic amphora form with its ring décor and three ear handles originated in Greek pottery thousands of years ago. Beautifully used in any interior or exterior garden spaces.Wear consistent with age and use.
