A pair of black and white antique Italian chests, crafted in the Arte Povera tradition from hand-painted pinewood. Each Tuscan cabinet features a dark grey top with 2 drawers retaining their original metal hardware and key, decorated with star motifs and raised on four wooden legs.
Minor fading and surface wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1870–1890, Tuscany, Italy.
