An antique German Biedermeier two part bureau, secretary with a two door glass display made of hand crafted Pinewood, in good condition. The upper part of the secretaire is composed with a transom-glazed attachment with a small pointed gable, the inside is consisting shelving. The lower part consist a writing flap, three large drawers and small storage spaces with the original brass hardware. The cabinet is standing on four short wooden conical square feet. Minor fading, scratches due to age. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1830 - 1840, Germany.
