A rare pair of tall, antique French trumeau mirrors, in good condition. These antique slender mirrors are consisting partial gilded finish and the frames are patinated in the traditional blue grey color. The upper cartouches or ornaments represent two different allegorical hunting scenes. These were hand carved and mounted onto the frames. Original mirrored glass. Minor fading, scratches due to age. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1860, France.
