An antique Italian medieval square marble relief carved as a grotesque mask with big ears surrounded by grapes and leaves, in good condition. It was used in the Renaissance period as a mailbox cover. Minor fading, scratches due to age. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1650, Italy.
