19th / 20th Century Andalusian Terracotta Lebrillo Bowl with a Green Glaze
ON-1244
A decorative 19th - 20th century Spanish lebrillo originating from Andalusia, distinguished by its vibrant green manganese oxide decoration against a softly aged milk-white glaze. The hand-painted composition centers around the traditional pomegranate motif, complemented by radiating zigzag and foliate patterns. Glaze loss and a naturally worn surface reveal the history of this utilitarian earthenware bowl. A custom hand-forged metal wall mount is included for decorative display.
Wear consistent with age and use.
