A tall 19th century French harvest basket in rattan, in two natural aged wicker reeds on an oak base from the Champagne region. Beautifully woven with carrying strap in good condition. This kind of French harvest baskets were used to collect the grapes while carrying the basket. It can be used as a wall-mounted flower basket or used as kitchen decor. Wear consistent with age and use.
