A late 20th Century, vintage French relief or wall panel in plaster depicting an oceanic scene with a composition of seahorses, shells, starfish and seaweed, in good condition. The architectural model is molded in french plaster and refinished by hand. Not recommended for exterior use. Minor fading, due to age. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1960 - 1980, France.
