A vintage terra cotta clay statuette of the famous dancing Faun or Satyr which is well-known in the Hellenistic and Roman art, in good condition. The original was placed in the House of the Faun in Pompeii, which was one of the largest and most impressive residences in Pompeii. Minor fading, due to age. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa late 20th Century, Prov. Italy.
