A large antique terracotta olive oil jar with the typical handcrafted ribbed Nekuma decoration on its round bodice in terracotta clay. The surface has a patinated light terracotta color with honey colored uneven streaks. These garden pottery vessels were often used for storage and transportation. Wear consistent with age and use.
