An elegant hand carved French style single-tier central garden fountain with a nicely carved shallow circular water basin with a thick rim and a beveled bottom. The wide lobed water bowl is  raised onto an intricately carved pillar and set onto a square base. This water feature is surmounted by a stylized pinecone in bronze.

Wear consistent with age and use.
