A vintage classic Tuscan terra cotta clay garden statuette of a regal lion in a guardian position. The attentive statuary has a fierce look and wild mane. The animal sculpture is set onto an attached clay base.  Hand crafted in terra cotta clay from Impruneta, Tuscany. Weathered patina, wear consistent with age and use.
