A distinctive pair of raised antique French glazed terracotta plates or bowls featuring vibrant mustard-yellow grounds accented with deep green and dark brown hand-painted ornamentation. Each plate displays a unique decorative composition, combining concentric borders, scrolling motifs, and geometric detailing beneath a lustrous, variegated glaze.

The contrasting designs lend the pair an appealing sense of individuality, while the warm palette and irregularly finished edges reveal the character of traditional folklore pottery. Subtle variations in color, surface texture, and glaze contribute to their authentic, timeworn appeal.

Decorative and richly expressive, these plates are ideal for display on an antique plate stand, arranged on a kitchen wall, or incorporated into a collection of rustic French ceramics. Their earthy colors and artisanal character bring warmth and a distinctly Mediterranean sensibility to both traditional and contemporary interiors.
