Pair of Terra Cotta Tazza Planters Montalcino
pi-1009
A pair of shallow Tuscan Tazza shaped garden planters with a simple bodice and decorated with a continuous band of Acanthus leaves along the rim. This design was often used in the late Renaissance period. The impressive size lends itself to be used at ground level or set onto plinths. The raised circular planter is positioned on a square base. Hand crafted of Galestro clay, Tuscany.
As these planters are handmade, slight variations in size may occur. Please note they are not frost-proof and are designed with drainage holes.
