Vintage Lady Justice bust garden statue has been carved from one block of solid stone of limestone. The garden statuary or bust is raised onto an attached inverted shaped plinth. It is flanked by large Greek Key pattern or Meander. The backside of the statue is carved equally and shows the flowing hair. In ancient Greek and Roman times also known as Themis the goddess of justice and law. Several names described the Scales of Justice or Blind Justice. The garden ornament has been hand carved in limestone, wear consistent with age and use.
