19th Century Andalusian Terracotta Lebrillo Bowl with Foliate Decoration
ON-1252
A decorative 19th-century Spanish lebrillo originating from Andalusia, distinguished by its vibrant green manganese oxide decoration over a softly aged cream-colored glaze. The hand-painted composition features the traditional pomegranate motif, complemented by radiating zigzag and foliate patterns. Glaze loss, natural wear, and subtle irregularities reveal the history and utilitarian origins of this antique earthenware bowl. A custom hand-forged metal wall mount is included for decorative display.
