Early 19th Century, a Cassetone table from Provence with charming lateral brackets and hand turned legs in vivid red patina, in good condition. This antique French Provincial console table has a simple and rustic style. It was used as a preparation table and holds a large storage area under the liftable hinged table top. Hand made in solid Oakwood. This patinated antique Provencal kitchen table, could be used as a kitchen island, and will bring undoubtedly an original touch of France to any living space. Minor fading, scratches due to age. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1820, France.
