19th / 20th Century Andalusian Lebrillo Bowl in Terracotta, Spain
ON-1253
A striking 19th-20th century Spanish lebrillo bowl from Andalusia, Spain, decorated in traditional green slip over a softly aged ivory ground. The hand-painted design centers on the pomegranate motif, framed by bold foliate forms and radiating zigzag decoration in green manganese oxide. Glaze loss, surface wear, and historic mending reflect the bowls age and original utilitarian use. A custom hand-forged metal wall mount is included for decorative display.
