A pair of antique lion sculptures in hand carved marble resting attached bases. These garden statuette could have been placed  as a staircase landing accent ornament or a support. The garden ornament statues in extended position are hand sculpted in Giallo Siena Marble and are facing each other. could also be used as table bases. Beautifully weathered patina,  wear consistent with age and use. Circa 16th century, Northern Italy.
