A pair of concrete cone garden planters with natural aged patina by designed by Willy Guhl in the late 1950’s in Switzerland. Drainage hole is provided. For outdoor use, wear consistent with age and use.

Willy Guhl was a furniture maker, interior designer, teacher and a product designer born in 1915, in Stein am Rhein, Switzerland and passed away in 2004. Guhl finished his apprenticeship as a cabinet maker at the School of Applied Arts in Zurich, Switzerland. He opened his own design studio and workshop in 1939. In 1943, he co-founded the Association of Swiss Interior Designers and in 1966, the Association of Swiss Industrial Designers. Guhl's work is known for his weather-resistant innovative cement designs.
